(1) Preparation of waste aluminum materials First of all, the primary classification of waste aluminum, graded stacking, such as pure aluminum, deformed aluminum alloy, cast aluminum alloy, mixture, etc. For waste aluminum products, it should be disassembled, remove the steel and other non-ferrous metal parts connected with aluminum, and then make waste aluminum through cleaning, crushing, magnetic separation, drying and other processes. For thin and loose sheet waste aluminum parts, such as locking arms, speed gear sleeves and aluminum chips on automobiles, hydraulic metal balers should be used to pack them. For ACSR, the steel core shall be separated first, and then the aluminum wire shall be wound into a coil.
(2) Ingredients According to the preparation and quality of waste aluminum materials, according to the technical requirements of recycled products, the amount of various materials is selected and calculated. Ingredients should consider the degree of oxidation loss of metal, silicon, magnesium oxidation loss than other alloy elements to be large, the burning rate of various alloy elements should be determined by experiments in advance. The physical specifications and surface cleanliness of waste aluminum materials will directly affect the quality of recycled products and the actual yield of metals. For waste aluminum with unclean oil removal, 20% of the effective components will enter the slag.
(3) The wrought aluminum alloys for recycled wrought aluminum alloys can be produced by wrought aluminum alloys such as 3003, 305, 3004, 3005, 5050, etc., of which 305 alloys are mainly produced. In order to ensure that the chemical composition of the alloy material meets the technical requirements and the technological needs of pressure processing, a part of the original aluminum ingot should be added when necessary.
(4) Recycled casting aluminum alloy Only a 1 small part of the waste aluminum material is regenerated into deformed aluminum alloy, and about/4 is regenerated into deoxidizer for steelmaking, and most of it is used for recycled casting aluminum alloy. The die-casting aluminum alloy A380 and ADCl0, which are widely used in the United States, Japan and other countries, are basically recycled from scrap aluminum.
The main equipment of recycled aluminum is smelting furnace and refining purification furnace, generally using fuel or gas dedicated static furnace.
